Welcome New Members To The MSAR Family

New Member Orientation/Ethics

As new MSAR Member/Agents you are required to schedule and attend a Mandatory Orientation and Ethics class.  All new members are required to complete these mandatory classes within 6 months of their membership date.  This is an all day class and the class fee is $10.00 if pre-registered within 48 hours of the scheduled class.  There is a $10.00 "No Show" fee for agents who are registered but do not attend.  Walk-ins are welcome and the course fee is $20.00, however, necessary class materials may not be available.

According to the National Association of REALTORS®:  Failure to comply will result in suspension of membership and suspension will remain until the classes are complete.  If classes are not complete by March of the following year, agents are to be removed from the company roster.
