REALTOR® Members:
A Designated REALTOR® is defined as a Principal, Partner, Corporate Officer, or Branch Manager of a Real Estate firm. There is only one Designated REALTOR® per company, and he/she is responsible for paying dues for all licensed agents within the organization. Dues are as follows:

  NAR/GAR ($10.00/$6.08) Dues = $401.08

Late Fee Information:
An agent has 30 days from the time he/she places his/her license with a Broker who is a member of a board to complete the application and pay dues.  After 30 days a $50.00 late will added to the dues. *(penalities will accrue an additional $25.00 every 30 days thereafter until paid in full).

The NSF fee for returned checks is now $50.00.  If a check is returned NSF, the agent has 5 business days to pay the dues/NSF in full by cash, money order or cashier's check. 

Affiliate Members:
An Affiliate is an individual who does not hold an active real estate license, but has interests in the real estate profession. An Affiliate membership is granted to the first person that joins from a company, therefore designating them as the main representative for this company.
